Facilities

Our school is purposefully designed for contemporary education, with open learning spaces that support collaboration, flexibility and innovation. While the layout moves beyond traditional classroom walls, it strongly supports explicit teaching practices. Teachers use intentional, structured instruction within these shared environments to ensure that every student is clear on what they are learning and why.

These spaces allow teachers to plan purposefully, use a range of strategies and make the most of the environment to engage students and support their learning. We encourage staff to be creative and responsive in how they use the spaces, always with a focus on strong pedagogy and achieving the best learning outcomes for our students.

Our student and educators have access to:

  • open plan learning spaces
  • working kitchens for our staff and students to utilise
  • a Community Cafe for staff and families to socialise, collaborate and learn
  • a dedicated music space
  • art and STEM space
  • a canteen
  • engaging grounds for students to participate in physical education, free play and explore, including a memorial fairy garden, ANZAC memorial, sandpit, playgrounds and the extremely popular ga-ga pits; as well as
  • a school veggie patch, worm farm and chicken coop, bringing the country to the city!
